Vic Masters goal is to ensure all our players and families have access to all the information and support they need to help everyone achieve their best possible mental health. Vic Masters have created a Mental Health and Wellbeing Working Group called the “Tight Five” support crew. The Tight Five Mental Health and Wellbeing Working Group has been established and has three primary objectives.
To promote and support good mental health and wellbeing across Vic Masters Rugby.
Create a culture that facilitates early identification and encourages the seeking of early assistance.
Strengthen our mental health and wellbeing partnerships.
